It works great for King sleepers who use the middle of the bed unlike the old air number mattresses. The product does take several hours to set up and you must have a compatible bed, but it apparently fits the standard softside with 4"x6" foam rails.) I like the efficiency and endless supply of hot water. Like other hot water products the only negative is waiting for the water line to clear of cold water to clear before getting hot water. The item itself is perfect, but the delivery was very stressful. The driving did not know how to back up a truck, he hit signs on our property and almost destroyed them.
