I've owned my Broil King Pellet for several years and have tried my friend's low-cost smokers and they simply don't compare. The quality difference in the Broil King is superior, I get a reliable cook each time and haven't had any issues. Other reviews mention auger jams but this can be avoided by not overfilling with pellets and removing your excess pellets after cooking - I have friends who run into auger jams on their smokers and its because they forget that the auger is already half loaded from their last cook. The rough-in valve can be installed in any direction as long as the bathtub center line is aligned with one of the six screws on the plaster guard. The plaster guard has a flat top for easy leveling in installation to ensure the trim will be standing straight after installation. A test cap and plugs are included for pressure testing the connection between the rough-in valve and water supply lines.
