Came as advertised, had a small issue but the manufacturer was able to resolve. The couch is a bit firm but I'm sure over time it'll even out. Delivery was faster than estimated. The sofa arrived with no apparent damage. One tiny little issue…there were three holes for the legs to be screwed into and one in the back of the sofa with a mark where the hole was supposed to be drilled. We had to drill the hole ourselves.
