Came as advertised, had a small issue but the manufacturer was able to resolve. The couch is a bit firm but I'm sure over time it'll even out. The storage is great, and for the most part the couch is comfortable. With all of the cushions being removable and washable its easy to keep clean and nice. The only caveat is that the cushion fabric shifts on the cushion padding because the Velcro stays where it is attached but underneath your bottom the cushion shifts. The Velcro is underneath the cushion, when it should have probably been at the back of the cushion where it butts up against the back of the couch. We bought the Crown 310 over a year ago. It is the natural gas connected version from Broil King. Both my wife and I are retired and so most of my grilling is for just the 2 of us and the size of the bbq is about right. I grill probably 2 or 3 times a month all year depending upon occasions and dinner preferences. For personal use it is great. I have made some adjustments to the 310. I have filled in the hole/well in the bottom of the cabinet (propane tank) and have added a bar under the shelf for hanging bbq tools.
