Came as advertised, had a small issue but the manufacturer was able to resolve. The couch is a bit firm but I'm sure over time it'll even out. I got the faucet with the drain. There were a lot of parts, but the instructions were pretty good, and used it to replace an old faucet/drain myself with no plumbing experience. The only problem was that the faucet's hoses were too short to reach my water valves. I had to find 12" hoses to extend them.
