Came as advertised, had a small issue but the manufacturer was able to resolve. The couch is a bit firm but I'm sure over time it'll even out. The box border seat cushions and welted inside back cushions are all loose and reversible allowing you to rotate them to prolong the life of the cores as well as the life of the fabric. I absolutely love this fixture! It is heavy, beautifully finished and a great modern design. One negative made me knock a star off, the rough in valve was missing from the box.
