Received this loaf pan to replace my tired aluminum spring form cake pan that was starting to fall apart after years of use. This one is made of sturdy cast iron that will last a lifetime. No metal utensils only silicone ones will keep the inner lining scratch free. Planning in making smaller sized lasagnas. Bread pudding, banana bread and brownies for the family and keto versions of these treats for myself. Everything bakes beautifully in this and releases very easily. I've owned my Broil King Pellet for several years and have tried my friend's low-cost smokers and they simply don't compare. The quality difference in the Broil King is superior, I get a reliable cook each time and haven't had any issues. Other reviews mention auger jams but this can be avoided by not overfilling with pellets and removing your excess pellets after cooking - I have friends who run into auger jams on their smokers and its because they forget that the auger is already half loaded from their last cook.
