I was so scared this would be damaged when I opened it! It came very quickly, but when I got home the box was crushed on one side. However, when I opened it it was securely packaged and was not damaged at all!! I was SO happy! This is the tank that goes to the base I had already gotten from Wayfair. I had checked several box stores and online and Wayfair was the cheapest and fastest way to get it. I have not installed the toilet yet, as I am getting things together for a bathroom restore and so I won't be able to comment on it's actual operation at this point. But I will say the tank is small, which I really like. I also really love that the flush is on top of the tank instead of the side. A piece of junk. When it arrived I noticed how light the box was. OK, not thick metal. I didnt pay much. But then I opened the box, and the pan wasnt even round. It was distorted, not dented in some accident. It looks like the holes drilled for the handles were too close together, and they forced it. The cheap metal obviously bent.
