The rough-in valve can be installed in any direction as long as the bathtub center line is aligned with one of the six screws on the plaster guard. The plaster guard has a flat top for easy leveling in installation to ensure the trim will be standing straight after installation. A test cap and plugs are included for pressure testing the connection between the rough-in valve and water supply lines.

Installation was a bit tricky as this was the first custom shower drain I have installed but I was able to figure it out. Once installed this drain is awesome. Under the shell is a rust proof, stainless steel frame reinforced with multiple fiberglass mesh and gelcoat layers to ensure the durability of the tub’s structure. The non-porous material in white gloss finish is easy to clean. The Mobile’s main feature is the U-Shape Outward Swing Door made from industrial grade durable plastic composite material with a decorative tempered glass front screen to conceal the mechanical door lock system. This door is engineered to open outward, which creates more interior space to facilitate easy access upon entering and exiting. Ella U-Shape outward swinging door uses a gear and shaft driven 3-latch door lock that edges out our competition, who typically use a single latch/lever system. A 3-latch door system creates a more secure and watertight door seal, providing you with a safe, leak-free bathing experience. The 2-Piece fast-fill faucet has two (2) pieces: a mounted faucet and a pull out multi-functional hand shower.
