FedEx did a poor job of dropping this door off at our home but it wasnt damaged even though they were rough to the box. Cheap plastic connector clips, one broke and had to epoxy. Metal rails on walls had holes drilled in opposite side (i had to drill metal to make fit), smaller screws didnt fit in holes correctly and larger ones stripped the thin metal. We had it professionally installed. It looks good but the door doesn’t seal well so it slightly hangs open. Not much water gets out but the material for the seal part isn’t great. We wish we would have gotten a custom one done.. Anonymous. Sun Mar 08 2026

This came very quickly, exceptionally, packaged, and easy to install. I did not read the directions fully, and you have the option of putting two brackets on the wall and two brackets on the bottom. This is GREAT quality and thickness. VERY heavy. Installation was not too bad. We have wonky measurements and leveling in our basement but they provided enough rubber blocks to shim. The only negative is it told us to drill the upper bracket somewhere that would not meet for the arched top, I think that’s may just be a print oversight, since they have regular rectangular ones as well. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought our house in March and it has one bathroom. We knew at some point another bathroom would be required. We have the privilege of having my brother to be able to tackle our remodeling projects even if it will take time due to him living 6 hours from us. We also have a room that's a clean slate and we can build our room around what we find. I was so excited seeing this shower door. I was surprised when I received a call to verify the measurements and that we'd be able to use it. It was also amazing to talk to someone else who is in Texas as that's where i grew up and my family including my brother lives. The freight company who delivered was amazing. We haven't installed this yet but we did inspect the boxes and everything looks wonderful!! The glass is super thick and has a beautiful frosted look.
