Bread pudding, banana bread and brownies for the family and keto versions of these treats for myself. Everything bakes beautifully in this and releases very easily. Beautiful Crucible knob is an easy way to elevate any piece. I have it here replacing a signature gold tone stainless steel knob on my deep teal Dutch oven.
