I love this couch!! It's firm so if you're looking for the plushness of a boneless couch this isn't for you. It's a beautiful neutral color so goes perfectly with any other piece or rug. Came as advertised, had a small issue but the manufacturer was able to resolve. The couch is a bit firm but I'm sure over time it'll even out.
