The tub seems like a good quality as described. Delivery didn’t go well. I paid the extra to have it brought up seven steps. The delivery people were inexperienced and didn’t want to bring the tub upstairs. By the way they are average stairs not narrow or steep. They wanted me to sign paperwork that said they weren’t responsible for any damage to tub or house. I refused and the tub ended up in the garage. They scratched it. The scratch will be covered by tile so it’s okay. Very unprofessional. Wayfair has tried to help with this problem. It’s okay my husband and another person carried it upstairs. They aren’t movers but accomplished it. We decided that the adjustable legs were not very helpful. They sit on small like bolt heads. Too much pressure on the small area. Maybe there are better ways to use them. We are frustrated with the drain waste assembly which doesn’t come with the tub. Our plumber has not been able to get one that fits. The one that cheviot makes is $300 . It’s made to show but that’s not necessary for this tub as it sits behind a wall. We are currently trying to install one recommended by cheviot. Hope it works but I’m already not happy with it because it has a plastic overflow. Two months later, this is my update. I'm enjoying the tub. the quality seems good. It had what we thought were serious scratches from delivery and installation. Someone who knew tubs told us to try a variety of pencil erasers and lots of elbow grease. That really worked! Two hours of erasing and no more marks. We ended up getting the very expensive drain assembly from Cheviot. It truly is the only one that will work in my experience. It's a good soaking tub for a narrow space. I'm tall and the longer tub is great to stretch out your legs. But beware the width if you have a wider bottom.. Valita. West Chester, OH. Wed Jun 05 2019
