But overall, the assembly was fairly simple, and the directions were clear and easy. We just used our new grill for the first time this past weekend. First of all the black champagne bronze is shockingly gorgeous! The legs make it look like furniture. This arrived just in time for my Memorial Day party with 80 guest. My caterer used my oven and said it worked like their commercial oven at restaurant. I was able to cook breakfast next day for 23 people with ease. Since then I’ve Baked and used oven everyday and I have to say,so far I’m in love with this range. Made of high quality. Small oven fits appetizers or sides . I waited to review my range until I got to use it for a bit. So far this is the best oven I've used. The different size burners are very helpful, they emit a good amount of gas to heat the pots quickly (use thicker pots) . The new Professional Plus range cookers are inspired to bring robustness, ergonomics, and operability to the domestic space, the ILVE Professional Plus 48-inch range combined with a brushed finish for knobs and handles. The range cooker has a 3.5 cubic feet multi-function electronic oven and a static oven with a capacity of 1.52 cubic feet. The main multifunction electric oven has 9 cooking modes and the operating temperature ranges from 100° to 500° F. Both the cavities are coated with an easily clean enamel. Can be cleaned without effort thanks to the folding grill heating element. The gas cooktop is available in two different configurations. A cooktop is equipped with a coupe de feu, fry top, and a double-ring dual burner. The 8-burner version has a griddle and two double-ring dual burners with a maximum power of 25000 btu each.
