About six months ago I noticed the burners were giving off uneven flames causing uneven cooking. I ordered a replacement set of burners from Broil King. Once they arrived, I couldn't remove the old burners because of being "rusted" in place. I returned the new burners and used steel wool the best I could on the old burners which did help. Bought my Baron Grill from HHGregg in 2017, I have had the Grill outside with a cover and it works like a dream, the only thing that scratch of was the gas knobs lettering or black dial to let you know to put low and high, the cast iron grates are in very good condition, even the Ignition works.
