The product is beautiful, but the description reads .75" x .75." My assumption thus that the baluster is square, though it is round. Not my preference. Nice piece, but it's really more of an institutional item and assumes that you are replacing an existing urinal or have framing in place to accommodate an install. Installing this in a dry-walled garage, for instance, will take some doing including cutting away drywall and add 2x4 supports. We have only had this grill for one season (entering our second), and are impressed. It's sturdy and feels like a much more expensive island. We bought the cover due to bird-bombing (blech), and it has not faded. There is plenty of grill space for a griddle, which we will add this year. What I like the most about it is the storage.
