Arrived two days ago. I paid to have it dropped directly onto my concrete pad. Got electrical hooked up yesterday, filled it up last night, got in it this morning. The good stuff: It looks good, should be very reliable given how simple it is, and was a great price. The not-so-good stuff: They sent me the wrong color, the ozonator was broken upon arrival, the drain connection is tucked back under the tub and has no shutoff valve, the jets control is just one button but still manages to be confusing. But, at the end of the day, I just want some hot water, with jets, and not have it die every six months. So, I'm mostly a happy customer. Update: Just a heads-up, exactly where the cover lift arm attaches, there's a vertical strap in the way (see my photo). Overall, it’s been an absolutely perfect experience, and my only regret is being unable to give it six stars. Update Almost 2 12 years in, we still love this tub! Installation was a bit tricky as this was the first custom shower drain I have installed but I was able to figure it out. Once installed this drain is awesome. The RainDrain Match 31 1/2" drain trim (finish set) in brushed stainless steel from hansgrohe is a flexible drainage solution for installation flush with the back wall or freestanding in the shower area. The shower drain trim's brushed stainless steel finish goes particularly well with modern bathroom designs. Alternatively, the channel can be tiled at the back also (max. tile thickness 18 mm). The vertically adjustable frame offers flexibility in the drain barrier also: so the system can be adjusted to the height of the tiles – for floor-level installation without trip hazard.
