The tree is really pretty, it requires a lot of time to fluff up the branches to help it look full. I have smaller trees that are flocked, but this is much more heavily flocked than those. One thing I’m surprised no other reviewers have mentioned is how incredibly messy the tree is. I’m hoping over time it lessens, but I’ve completely filled my vacuum canister at least a few times from putting it together and putting lights and ornaments on. Perhaps I should have considered this when buying it, but I didn’t. Also, there is a card in the box about how the flocking is a carcinogen. This was concerning because I was covered head to toe in it after setting it up, and I have pets that were trying to eat it and I read that it can be toxic to them. Again, things to consider with a. Flocked tree that I didn’t think out. Lastly, I didn’t realize I would need white wire lights, so I had to rebuy all new lights. Just some tips for anyone considering a flocked tree! I will likely buy a traditional tree to use for some years, as this one is so different from a traditional tree, plus the mess. I’ll likely use it just occasionally after this year.. Chelsea. I needed a small tree for downstairs guest rooms. It’s perfect. Tree can be made fuller but I needed a slim profile for the area.
