The tub is gorgeous. Make sure you use mild detergent to clean like dishwashing liquid. I used soft scrub comet and it took forever to get the lighter color film residue off. It comes in a crate and its 300 pounds so beware. I paid for the delivery service and it was no problem although the men visibly struggled to get it into my bedroom. My master is on the first floor. I couldnt imagine trying to get it up an interior stairway. Ive read some other reviews that complain of it not retaining heat. My experience is the opposite. I did a full bathroom remodel to add a tub to my master bath and maximize the use of space. This tub was the perfect blend of wide and deep to make the 59" length not feel too short for me. Two people can share this tub. It is beautiful and solid. The only two things I would say is be aware that the drain is in the center of the tub so if you were to stretch out in it you will probably pop the drain. Also, sides this steep can be uncomfortable if you aren't planning on sitting up. Might need a cushion.
