A similar process is used for the Korean dish gyeran-mari.Apart from these traditional uses, the STAUB Egg Roll Pan is also a great tool to bake crêpes or pancakes, leading to the same advantages of even filling and rolling – and surprising your guests with a novel form of the beloved dish.This Egg Roll Pan measures 6*8 in, resulting in an egg roll that serves at least two people for breakfast or as an addition to their bento boxes. The high sides allow for big rolls with a lot of delicious filling. The enameled cast iron of the pan distributes heat evenly, which results in consistent coloration of the omelet or pancake: golden as traditional in Japan, or a light brown like a Breton galette.
