(The only reason for a 4-star rating is due to the plastic hose and handwand. All other aspects are a strong 5-star!) The handheld shower unit came with a plastic hose, which I immediately replaced. I am sure the plastic one would have worked well, but the metal replacement looks much better and will last longer. Update on previous review: We have enjoyed this shower system for 3 months and it has been amazing! The water pressure and flow is excellent - much better than expected. The upper head has 2 settings: rain and typical spray. The rain setting is very soothing and soft. The typical spray setting provides a lot of water at great pressure. As noted above I replaced the plastic hose with stainless steel hose. That has worked well. In addition, I actually replaced the hand wand with a Moen unit and prefer it over the one that came standard. (The Moen unit has additional spray settings that the standard unit lacked) The controls on the system are excellent, allowing temperature control on one stalk and water distribution on the other. I really like the ability to set temperature independent of the "on/off" valve. I also love the surface mounted aspect of the system. Not only is it attactive, but this design will make servicing it much easier should an issue arise. Our plumbers commented on the quality of the unit and how easy it was to install. The Capri has 16 strategically placed air jets that pull in air and blow it into the water to create a gentle, relaxing massage. Eight (8) upper, fixed flat jets work to provide relief to your back, hips and thighs, while an additional eight (8) floor jets located in the lower foot area deliver a gentle massage to your feet and legs. Additionally, two (2) of the eight (8) upper jets are bidet jets. The 5-Piece fast-fill faucet has five (5) pieces: two temperature levers, a diverter lever, a mounted faucet and a pull out multi-functional hand shower. The 5-Piece faucet has a fill rate of 18 GPM (gallons per minute), based on plumbing conditions. Note: The color of the white door frame may vary slightly from the white shell of the tub.
