The table is solid, heavy, well built, and easy to put together. The color of the top was darker than what I had hoped for but that is a struggle with buying online. The only issue with this table is the leg design if you want to seat 6. Because of the footprint that the table base has, you have to be very specific about where the chairs are placed. if you want to put chairs on the ends, those chairs will not fit well because of the necessary placement of the side chairs. There was an issue with packaging, a piece came cracked but I was able to fix it, I was given a hard time for a replacement so I decided to put it together anyway. This table is exactly what we were looking for. We love that the extra leaf folds into the table for storage. It took us approximately four hours to put together, and we have put together a lot of flat pack furniture. Everything fit as described and the instructions had very good illustrations, so if you follow them you should have no problems with assembly. All the assembly parts were well labeled and packaged.
