This is my first gun safe and I haven’t had any issues with it thus far. I have yet to change the combination, but don’t feel the need to do so at the moment. After entering the wrong password three times, the gun safe's alarm mode will be activated and the buzzer will sound for 60 seconds. The alarm will also sound when the gun safe is shaken/vibrated. During the alarm, you can enter the correct password or open the door to remove the battery to disarm the alarm.
