This policy is absolutely unacceptable and rather than spending more time on the phone talking with someone who “doesn’t have the authority” to offer to pay the return shipping and issue me a full refund, I will take the 20% discount and donate the item as I do not need a grab bar. The shower door handle is placed on the door from the inside and outside and fastened with two screws. The hole spacing is approx. 13.8 in; the Diameter of the drill hole is approx 0.5 in. The glass thickness can be between 0.25-0.5 in.
