Very easy to put together. Not very sturdy. Locks are not the most secure. There is not any plastic guard on the crease of the egg box to prevent water from entering. The perches are not useful they get knocked over easily and I have removed them. I have 4-6 chickens that use it and they love it. We shall see how it holds up to the winter but it made it well though the Texas heat this summer. For the price I would have preferred better construction. Very cute. I've got mine set up as a chicken run. It's inside a chain link fence. It's stable, but not necessarily heavy duty (I wouldn't feel comfortable leaving my chickens overnight in it, even also inside the chain link fence. At 5'1, I can stand straight up inside it with plenry of room to spare. And I easily drag it all over my yard by myself which is convenient. So I had a squirrel problem getting in my garden and this solved all my problems by being able to put everything inside together. We found it easy to assemble with everything included.My opinion to improve would be not zip ties as they rot and i bought metal rebar ties instead. This is a very large run for the price, and it is sturdy, but there were some things that I wish I had been aware of. I might still have ordered it, but I was a tad disappointed. If you want a truly secure run, you will need to invest hardware cloth and sweat. On the positive side, the wire panels are sturdy, and the hardware is substantial. They are solid welded wire panels, put together with double brackets. It should do a good job of keeping out large predators. However, the gaps between panels are wider than they appear in the picture and there are large gaps to each side of the door The door is a duck-in door. It's about 3'3" tall, although quite wide. The third image shows that more clearly. The "roof" is a series of triangular trusses with cross beams, so while it is 6' at the peak, you have to watch your head. That said, it's plenty high enough for the chickens, and one can get in there to work, carefully. The roof is mostly canvas. The welded wire does not continue ANYWHERE that is under the canvas in the images. There is a big triangular opening at both ends. Quality control could have been a bit better, but pieces are well enough manufactured to be sufficient for it to function. Assembly is tedious, that's a lot of panels! What we are doing to make the run more secure is to put a 2' band of 1/2" hardware cloth up the sides, and also a 2' skirt of the same, staked and weighted down. The entire roof area will be covered with 1/2"-1" hardware cloth, and we will cut triangular panels to fill in the front and back. The chicken coop with run arived the date stated in my order confirmation.  Upon opening the boxes i noticed some of the pieces were warped. The directions have room for improvement. Theres many timesI was guessing at the placement of the next part. 2 if us did get it assembled correctly in 1.5 hours. I didnt assemble it where i want it as there were so many pieces and still wintery out so i assembled it inside. Ive been told we will use a couple of 2x4s or similar to move it as the quality is questionable. The coop itself is super cute and larger than i expected. I was intimidated by 3 boxes of pieces and parts but I put it together myself in a couple hours. Love it!
