I purchased 2 of the brushed nickel faucets. They are very high quality! Replaced cheap falling apart delta faucets that were in the house when we bought it. Towel Bar is beautiful; however, I made the wrong choice. I am using the Drea line in brushed gold and I needed a smaller bar, which is not available. Due to the fact this is rounded the brushed gold is appears slightly different in appearance. It is a visual illusion. I also measured wrong and will be returning the Lentz and ordering the Lexia. I called Signature Hardware when I first opened the box. They pointed out my size mistake, and also followed up regarding why it appeared slightly different from the flat Drea Brushed Gold. This is not a towel bar. It is a grab bar and too heavy to hang on the wall. I was given the option to return it at my expense, so my refund would be less than$5. Or keep it for a 20% discount of $12. This policy is absolutely unacceptable and rather than spending more time on the phone talking with someone who “doesn’t have the authority” to offer to pay the return shipping and issue me a full refund, I will take the 20% discount and donate the item as I do not need a grab bar. However, there's no mention or photo that shows this part is only the 'sleeve' that is inserted into the rough-in mix valve - it doesn't include the internal cartridge (must purchase separately if needed).
