Towel Bar is beautiful; however, I made the wrong choice. I am using the Drea line in brushed gold and I needed a smaller bar, which is not available. Due to the fact this is rounded the brushed gold is appears slightly different in appearance. It is a visual illusion. I also measured wrong and will be returning the Lentz and ordering the Lexia. I called Signature Hardware when I first opened the box. They pointed out my size mistake, and also followed up regarding why it appeared slightly different from the flat Drea Brushed Gold. I purchased 2 of the brushed nickel faucets. They are very high quality! Replaced cheap falling apart delta faucets that were in the house when we bought it. These faucets are a bit pricey but they are very solid. You get what you pay for! I did not want to have to replace them in 2 years like the Delta's. They are large faucets! But very cool. Carolyn. This policy is absolutely unacceptable and rather than spending more time on the phone talking with someone who “doesn’t have the authority” to offer to pay the return shipping and issue me a full refund, I will take the 20% discount and donate the item as I do not need a grab bar.
