The mattress is very firm and comfortable, it’s thinner than I expected, but it’s thick enough for me to sleep comfortably more or less what I expected.The package came from Jacksonville and I’m in South Florida. I absolutely cannot say anything bad about this chair except that it doesn’t come in more colors. Before it was even fully unwrapped it started to come to life. We love our Hanson bed. We’ve had it for several years now and paired it with a Casper king size mattress. It’s very sturdy and doesn’t creak or shuffle when you move in bed. The color is beautiful.
