Arrived two days ago. I paid to have it dropped directly onto my concrete pad. Got electrical hooked up yesterday, filled it up last night, got in it this morning. The good stuff: It looks good, should be very reliable given how simple it is, and was a great price. The not-so-good stuff: They sent me the wrong color, the ozonator was broken upon arrival, the drain connection is tucked back under the tub and has no shutoff valve, the jets control is just one button but still manages to be confusing. But, at the end of the day, I just want some hot water, with jets, and not have it die every six months. So, I'm mostly a happy customer. 1 Week Update: Just a heads-up, exactly where the cover lift arm attaches, there's a vertical strap in the way (see my photo). So, to screw-on the cover lift arm, I had to use 0.25" spacers at each screw location. Not the end of the world, but pretty annoying. 3 Month Update: It's been great, but three annoying things that have revealed themselves worth mentioning. (1) The filter lid cover floats away under any, any surge of water. (2) There is no shutoff valve on the drain port. It cost me only $15 to add one, but kind of silly. (3) Expect a lot of leaching from the metal components over the first several months. It discolors the water. I'm on my 4th refill now. Hopefully it's done with the leaching.. Joshua. Sisters, OR. Looks great. The strip that keeps water from flowing out the bottom of the door isn’t adhesive enough so I’m going to have to glue it down with something stronger. Until I do that, I just keep the door slightly ajar about a 5 degree angle while in the shower (my door opens into the shower) and the water rolls down the door and into the drain. That’s why I’m so glad the hinges were reversible and I could set the door to open into the shower, a big deal because I didn’t have space to open the shower into the room. Also the shower came with more than enough of that strip that goes at the bottom in case I should have to cut another piece I’ll have enough. No other water issues Another reviewer mentioned that it should’ve came with two of those L shaped wall brackets, I agree that would make it more sturdy. It seemed wobbly when it was first assembled but once the silicon was dry it’s pretty solid, you have to be very careful those first few days until it dries though. The glass is beautiful the hinges are not too shiny and look sturdy. I squeegee the glass almost daily because it’s fun but even when I don’t, there aren’t any spots.
