Cutting can be done with a skilled saw, angle grinder, jigsaw, etc. To fabricate you can use a Dremel tool, miter, etc. We suggest using Locktite PowerGrab Ultimate adhesive or Boss 125 adhesive to adhere panels to the walls but compatibility to the other substrates might need testing. We suggest using 100% clear silicone to glue the trim to the panels. We suggest applying the adhesive to the panel, applying circle blobs of caulking about 6”-8” apart throughout the sheet. We also suggest applying 100% silicone, about a ¼” continuous bead around the panel's outside edges to ensure a good edge seal and prevent moisture or debris from getting behind the panel.

The shower walls look great! The only thing I don’t like is the corner strips. I wasn’t home when my installer put them in. He said it was very difficult to put them in and it would have been easier to just put a bead of silicone, but he put them in because they came with the kit. I wish he hadn’t put the corner strips in. They make strips make it look more like they are acrylic walls. It would have looked better without them. Also I can’t fit a corner shelf in because of them. Delivery was also an issue. The walls were over a week late which delayed the project. But overall I am happy with the walls. Ordered Friday, arrived Monday - VERY fast service. Shower pan was well packaged and arrived in perfect condition. Design is exactly as we expected and reinforcement on the underside is significantly better than the shower pans from the big box stores that I looked at. Support is very dense so floor should be very solid. I am very happy with this for our new bathroom installation in our basement.
