Came as advertised, had a small issue but the manufacturer was able to resolve. The couch is a bit firm but I'm sure over time it'll even out. We had this system installed in our remodeled bathroom in September 2023. For the most part, it has worked beautifully and we've been ecstatic with it. However, it is not without issues. It has to be re-paired with Amazon Alexa every 3 months, unlike every other Alexa skill out there. Why? Who knows. Because Kohler says so, I guess. Lately it has been needing to be re-paired every 2 weeks (today was the 3rd time). Also today it said there's a firmware update, but when I go to update I get a message that the shower is offline and I need to check the wifi connection. How? There's no wifi settings on the shower setup or in the app, or in my Kohler account anywhere. There is an Advanced/Locked section of settings that requires a PIN on the in-shower control and I have no idea what the PIN is or how to find it; we didn't set it and we can't get into these settings. It’s so cozy and the foam is strong enough that it doesn’t leave a dip. It’s not as big as I though but honestly you can connect it in different ways that it’s very spacious, it’s perfect for family movie night and we can all sit together. To make sure everything fits perfectly, there are Unica shower bars in different lengths, with shower hose and brackets, to suit all conventional hand showers. Whoever uses the bathtub for bathing and showering would also want to be as flexible as possible when positioning the shower head. In the shower, hip height is sufficient as a lower limit; there you should perhaps opt for the 24" wallbar or you could go for a 36" wallbar depending on your needs. It brings incredible amounts of freedom of movement, making it perfect for families with children and grandparents. To help ensure that the shower hose is a perfect length it is included along with many bars.

I’m very pleased with these flat black shower doors. They arrived quickly and were well-packaged, which made the whole process smooth from the start. The clean, modern design looks great in the bathroom and really elevates the space. The only downside is with the bypass doors—they really need to stay in the correct position. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this drain for a new bathroom remodel to add to a custom sized shower. I am very happy with the quality and look of it. Installation was a bit tricky as this was the first custom shower drain I have installed but I was able to figure it out. Once installed this drain is awesome. The large water collection area prevents any kind of pooling and has a luxurious feel about it.
