Arrived two days ago. I paid to have it dropped directly onto my concrete pad. Got electrical hooked up yesterday, filled it up last night, got in it this morning. The good stuff: It looks good, should be very reliable given how simple it is, and was a great price. The not-so-good stuff: They sent me the wrong color, the ozonator was broken upon arrival, the drain connection is tucked back under the tub and has no shutoff valve, the jets control is just one button but still manages to be confusing. But, at the end of the day, I just want some hot water, with jets, and not have it die every six months. So, I'm mostly a happy customer. Update: Just a heads-up, exactly where the cover lift arm attaches, there's a vertical strap in the way (see my photo). These shower doors are amazing! My husband sent me on a mission to find two sets of shower doors for our new home because he doesn't like shower curtains. He also told me to find a big-name brand door so the quality would be good. As I begin looking for the big brand doors, I found these. These shower doors are nice very very heavy when delivered left outside my door steps had to get a stranger too help bring inside then Unpack just to make sure the glass wasn’t crack and all parts were in the box very nice quality and sturdy .The doors are just as pictured The glass is clear and frameless when assembling the handles on the shower doors I thought both went the same outside but instead one handle goes inside which I didn’t see that look in picture according to instructions I don’t like the look it being inside the shower door but their is a black piece that comes with the handles that covers the metal on back so you don’t see that showing I still highly recommend these shower doors for their stability.. Just installed this dreamline sliding shower door. We needed an option without a top rail because of the unusual structure of our bathroom. The bay window would not allow for a top rail install and the bathroom was too small for a pivot style door. This slider worked great. My only complaint is that the slider has a little too much play in the top glider and so rattles a bit. We plan to reduce the clearance with a thicker piece of rubber to eliminate that issue. We also have not been able to determine how to properly drain the inner channel. It seems to hold standing water after shower use. Could be user install error. Overall a great product.. Colette. We have been very happy with this shower door. The matte black finish looks great and gives our bathroom a clean, modern look. The glass feels sturdy and well-made, and door slides smoothly. Installation was fairly straightforward, but I would definitely recommend having two people for the job due to the weight of the glass panels. One of the features we were most interested in was the nano-coated glass, and it has not disappointed. We have hard water, yet the glass has stayed surprisingly clean and easy to maintain. We also haven’t experienced any leaks since installation. Overall, this shower door looks fantastic, functions exactly as it should, and has been a great addition to our bathroom.
