It comes in a crate and its 300 pounds so beware. I paid for the delivery service and it was no problem although the men visibly struggled to get it into my bedroom. My master is on the first floor. I couldnt imagine trying to get it up an interior stairway. Ive read some other reviews that complain of it not retaining heat. My experience is the opposite. I ordered the 55" and I'm 5'5 and can fully stretch out my legs so huge plus! the curve on the back also seems very ergonomic, so I think this will be a very comfortable soaker! As far as quality, this thing seem solid. I wanted solid surface for the heat retention but bonus that this doesn't have any of the creaks/give that a fiberglass/acrylic tub has. A tub shield is a great way to feel less confined in your showering space, as it provides an open area at all times while keeping the water in. The frameless pivoting glass panel is made with 6 mm tempered glass with Lotus glass protection and Chrome accents. It pivots both inwards and outwards, making it easy to get in and out. Additionally, it creates easy access when cleaning the shower and is also a great solution for slanted ceilings.

We've had this door in our tub for 8 years now and it still looks as good as the day it was installed.
