Cutting can be done with a skilled saw, angle grinder, jigsaw, etc. To fabricate you can use a Dremel tool, miter, etc. We suggest using Locktite PowerGrab Ultimate adhesive or Boss 125 adhesive to adhere panels to the walls but compatibility to the other substrates might need testing. We suggest using 100% clear silicone to glue the trim to the panels. We suggest applying the adhesive to the panel, applying circle blobs of caulking about 6”-8” apart throughout the sheet. We also suggest applying 100% silicone, about a ¼” continuous bead around the panel's outside edges to ensure a good edge seal and prevent moisture or debris from getting behind the panel.

Ordered Friday, arrived Monday - VERY fast service. Shower pan was well packaged and arrived in perfect condition. Design is exactly as we expected and reinforcement on the underside is significantly better than the shower pans from the big box stores that I looked at. Support is very dense so floor should be very solid. I am very happy with this for our new bathroom installation in our basement. These shower doors are amazing! My husband sent me on a mission to find two sets of shower doors for our new home because he doesn't like shower curtains. He also told me to find a big-name brand door so the quality would be good. As I begin looking for the big brand doors, I found these. The price and the reviews were so much better than the big brands that I decided to take a chance on these. The quality and look of these doors are very high end. The are heavy duty, beautiful and though they take some time they are relatively simple to install (if you are good at that sort of thing, which my husband is). It took us a few hours to get them installed but once we did, they were perfect. The doors are beautiful but a little hard to slide- may be because they are new. Towel bars are very close to the glass - a towel will hang on them but it is a little tight to get it behind the rod.
