Arrived two days ago. I paid to have it dropped directly onto my concrete pad. Got electrical hooked up yesterday, filled it up last night, got in it this morning. The good stuff: It looks good, should be very reliable given how simple it is, and was a great price. The not-so-good stuff: They sent me the wrong color, the ozonator was broken upon arrival, the drain connection is tucked back under the tub and has no shutoff valve, the jets control is just one button but still manages to be confusing. But, at the end of the day, I just want some hot water, with jets, and not have it die every six months. So, I'm mostly a happy customer. Update: Just a heads-up, exactly where the cover lift arm attaches, there's a vertical strap in the way (see my photo). It takes several days to bring the hot tub up to temperature when refilling. I think this may be comfortable for 5 people, but I have no idea how you fit 7 adults in this hot tub. We are SO happy with this tub! The seating arrangement is perfect, with no “lounger” to limit options. Setup was a breeze for our electrician- he was very pleased with the accessibility of the electrical components. The jets are amazing, the cover fits nice and snug, and everything works exactly as we had hoped. The tub arrived in perfect condition, the shippers were pleasant, and it arrived right on schedule. Overall, it’s been an absolutely perfect experience, and my only regret is being unable to give it six stars. Update Almost 2 12 years in, we still love this tub! It comes in a crate and its 300 pounds so beware. I paid for the delivery service and it was no problem although the men visibly struggled to get it into my bedroom. My master is on the first floor. I couldnt imagine trying to get it up an interior stairway. Ive read some other reviews that complain of it not retaining heat. My experience is the opposite. Excellent pressure from the JETS and the colors when the lights are on are absolutely amazing. They rotate colors and fill the room with the colorful accents. Candlelight makes the experience even more perfect. The armrests are perfectly poised for relaxation while you’re body pain pains are relieved. It was lightweight and the installers were able to get it set up fairly quickly. We believe it has added value to our home because it transformed that bathroom into a beautiful space. The Capri has 16 air jets: 8 upper jets for your back, hips/thighs, and 8-floor jets for a foot/leg massage. The 5-piece fast-fill faucet has five (5) pieces: two temperature levers, a diverter lever, a mounted faucet, and a pull-out multi-functional hand shower. The 5-piece faucet has a fill rate of 18 GPM (gallons per minute), based on plumbing conditions. Note: The color of the white door frame may vary slightly from the white shell of the tub.
