We had this system installed in our remodeled bathroom in September 2023. For the most part, it has worked beautifully and we've been ecstatic with it. However, it is not without issues. It has to be re-paired with Amazon Alexa every 3 months, unlike every other Alexa skill out there. Why? Who knows. Because Kohler says so, I guess. Lately it has been needing to be re-paired every 2 weeks (today was the 3rd time). Also today it said there's a firmware update, but when I go to update I get a message that the shower is offline and I need to check the wifi connection. How? There's no wifi settings on the shower setup or in the app, or in my Kohler account anywhere. There is an Advanced/Locked section of settings that requires a PIN on the in-shower control and I have no idea what the PIN is or how to find it; we didn't set it and we can't get into these settings. The Capri comes with our unique Ella Dual Drain Technology (DDT) consisting of two 2” gravity driven drains with four 2” outlets, 2 overflows and 2 openers, allowing a fast, reliable drain. The Ella Capri has fifteen (15) strategically placed hydro jets in order to deliver optimal therapeutic relief. Nine (9) upper fixed jets work to provide relief to your back, hips and thighs, while six (6) lower adjustable jets massage your feet and calves. The Capri has 16 strategically placed air jets that pull in air and blow it into the water to create a gentle, relaxing massage. Eight (8) upper, fixed flat jets work to provide relief to your back, hips and thighs, while an additional eight (8) floor jets located in the lower foot area deliver a gentle massage to your feet and legs. Additionally, two (2) of the eight (8) upper jets are bidet jets. The 5-Piece fast-fill faucet has five (5) pieces: two temperature levers, a diverter lever, a mounted faucet and a pull out multi-functional hand shower. The 5-Piece faucet has a fill rate of 18 GPM (gallons per minute), based on plumbing conditions. Note: The color of the white door frame may vary slightly from the white shell of the tub.
