Arrived two days ago. I paid to have it dropped directly onto my concrete pad. Got electrical hooked up yesterday, filled it up last night, got in it this morning. The good stuff: It looks good, should be very reliable given how simple it is, and was a great price. The not-so-good stuff: They sent me the wrong color, the ozonator was broken upon arrival, the drain connection is tucked back under the tub and has no shutoff valve, the jets control is just one button but still manages to be confusing. But, at the end of the day, I just want some hot water, with jets, and not have it die every six months. So, I'm mostly a happy customer. Update: Just a heads-up, exactly where the cover lift arm attaches, there's a vertical strap in the way (see my photo). I would give these doors 5 stars for the thickness of glass and quality but because the instructions left a lot to desire and difficult to assemble correctly causing friction between the two doors and hard to roll. Ella’s Royal is vacuum formed from a solid, long-lasting acrylic sheet. Under the shell is a stainless steel frame reinforced with multiple fiberglass mesh and gelcoat layers. The Royal’s main feature is the U-shape door made from custom brushed stainless steel with a frosted tempered glass window to give the bathtub a contemporary look. The door swings into the bathtub to give bathers more interior space as they enter/exit. Size: 31.75 in. x 52.25 in. x 38 in. (fits standard 60 in. opening with extension panel). The 5-Piece fast-fill (18GPM based on plumbing conditions) faucet has: 2 temperature levers, a diverter lever, a mounted faucet and a pull out multi-functional hand shower. The Royal also comes with Ella's Dual Drain Technology- the fastest gravity driven drain in the industry. It consists of two 2” gravity driven drains with four 2” outlets, 2 overflows and 2 openers. The Hydro Massage System includes: a hydro pump with an in-line water heater, eco-friendly ozone sterilization system, an intensity dial, and strategically positioned hydro jets for a targeted, effective massage. The in-line water heater and ozone sterilization automatically engage when the hydro massage is turned on. The Royal has 16 hydro jets: 10 upper, fixed jets provide relief to your back, hips and thighs; and 6 lower, adjustable jets massage your feet and calves. While you bathe, enjoy Ella’s patented 360° swivel tray, which allows bathers to keep their favorite drink or must read book conveniently close.

The Ella Standard has 18 strategically placed hydro jets. 8 fixed and 4 adjustable upper jets work to provide relief to your back, hips and thighs, while 6 lower adjustable jets massage your feet and calves. The Hydro Massage System includes: a hydro pump with an in-line water heater, hydro massage intensity dial control, and strategically positioned hydro jet system. The in-line water heater helps maintain the water temperature at constant level.
