This is a fine product. The team that installed my doors put the entire unit in backward. After almost a year of it being improperly installed, the door started giving us problems. I had a my father, a skilled contractor, try to fix the problem. It wasn't until we spoke to the customer service team at Aston, that we realized what the error was. The trouble shooting team, Andre in particular, are to be commended for their impeccable customer service. Andre skillfully identified the exact issue and gave us detailed instructions on how to fix what was wrong. This was honestly THE BEST and most helpful customer service I have ever experienced. I am very happy with this product and even more satisfied by the level of customer service I received.
