Package came damaged but all pieces were undamaged and none were missing. Instructions are simple and easy to follow. Minimal assembly required and very quick to put together. We have the bike on carpet and it is still very sturdy but would be better on a hard surface. This is my first stick vacuum, so I don't have anything to compare it to. I would give the suction 3 stars and the features 5 stars. I love the charging stand, I'm glad it doesn't have to go on the wall. It's also light and gets into corners easily. However, it doesn't easily suck up thing like Cheerios and chocolate chips that my toddler leave behind. That part is frustrating. I still need a broom to pick up larger items.. Douglas.
