I’ve only had this mattress for a short time, but so far I’m pleasant. It’s not too soft and not too firm — the balance feels just right. This will take 2-3 people to assemble (3 people for the roof to make it easier). If you are putting this together yourself you and helper or two should be able to get it done in about 6 hours or so. Once correctly assembled it is very sturdy and is exactly what we were looking for a more permanent structure. This replaces an all cloth (with metal frame) gazebo that we had and it looks like it is going to last quite nicely. The mosquito netting on the top is a bit of a joke. It isn't big enough to fit all around the interior roof. By the time you get half of the net up, the other half starts coming off the Velcro. Maybe it will stretch out over time? PRO's: - Very Sturdy once all assembled and mounted down. - Shipped with a lot of foam padding and hard wood ends to protect the roofing from damage. - Minor bends from shipping that could be bent back with pilers. - Cloth curtains and inner bug netting does fit all around (if installed correctly) to fully enclose the gazebo. - Cloth curtains also appear to be made of good quality fabric. - Says it will hold up to 3,000 lbs of snow, and wind gusts up to 55 mph. Where I live it will test this! CON's: - 1 of the 3 boxes is EXTREMELY HEAVY. First, you can't really beat Wayfair price with free shipping. The packaging was robust enough to prevent damage to this large and heavy item. The nickel finish is a worthwhile upgrade for a contemporary look. I chose the Lake Mist glass (after viewing choices on Sterling website) which offers a compromise between clear glass and 100 frosted. I like the combination of transparency at top with gradual opacity from a pattern of frosted dots that merge lower on the doors . Doors have a CleanCoat surface on the bath side that have kept them pretty spot free, even with my hard water, although I use a squeegee regularly as well. One of the doors did come with a horizontal line mark on the lower frosted surface, which I assume was from the cardboard packaging rubbing against it. Haven't been able to remove but not very noticeable. Installation took a few hours - measured twice then cut conservatively and used metal file to ensure close fit. Look for YouTube videos for tips on drilling into ceramic tile if your tub surround has it - saved me big headache.
