I’m very pleased with these flat black shower doors. They arrived quickly and were well-packaged, which made the whole process smooth from the start. The clean, modern design looks great in the bathroom and really elevates the space. The only downside is with the bypass doors—they really need to stay in the correct position. We have been very happy with this shower door. The matte black finish looks great and gives our bathroom a clean, modern look. The glass feels sturdy and well-made, and door slides smoothly. Installation was fairly straightforward, but I would definitely recommend having two people for the job due to the weight of the glass panels. One of the features we were most interested in was the nano-coated glass, and it has not disappointed. We have hard water, yet the glass has stayed surprisingly clean and easy to maintain. We also haven’t experienced any leaks since installation. Overall, this shower door looks fantastic, functions exactly as it should, and has been a great addition to our bathroom. Beyond that, everything is customizable — with the option to add up to 12 water outlets, plus steam enhancements.

We had this system installed in our remodeled bathroom in September 2023. For the most part, it has worked beautifully and we've been ecstatic with it. However, it is not without issues. It has to be re-paired with Amazon Alexa every 3 months, unlike every other Alexa skill out there. Why? Who knows. Because Kohler says so, I guess. Lately it has been needing to be re-paired every 2 weeks (today was the 3rd time). Also today it said there's a firmware update, but when I go to update I get a message that the shower is offline and I need to check the wifi connection. How? There's no wifi settings on the shower setup or in the app, or in my Kohler account anywhere. There is an Advanced/Locked section of settings that requires a PIN on the in-shower control and I have no idea what the PIN is or how to find it; we didn't set it and we can't get into these settings. The shower and all its components is gorgeous and feels wonderful, but these tech issues are enough to drive you crazy, especially 18 months after install.. Cajunmeggle. Tennessee. Wed Feb 26 2025
