After a year it is still standing after 2 winters in New England. Snow slides right off no more shoveling the shed roof off. I build a 12x12 deck platform out of 2x6 for this to site on and works great. The took a day with two people. It has held together pretty well. The 1 thing I hate the most is the doors. They really need to re-engineer the doors as they are junk. They slide and move, I think I will need to rebuild this summer and make them more solid. No leads, it holds the ATV and Lawn tractor.. The Suncast 8x10 Shed is a nice addition to our property for our storage needs. I will admit the process of putting together the shed was not as easy as other reviews had suggested (however that is probably user error). Having a level base is extremely important as any uneven surface will cause the roofing and doors to not align as needed and will create some issues while putting it together. This shed is nice! It’s not what I expected but so far it’s been good. It is very windy where we live and so far the shed has been super sturdy. It is resin and has channels. Not sure how the floor will hold up, but the walls once assembled seem great. Assembly is a lot of prep and it takes 2-3 people. Comes in pretty heavy boxes so be prepared. The roofing panels snapping together have no J channel to catch rain water and to diverse rain water down to the lower end of the roof, resulting a leaky roof. The delivery process was excellent. However, the shed has been nothing but a problem with leaks. There have been leaks at various spots of the roof. Installation guy has been back 3 times to seal around the roof screws. There is water standing in the tracks on the inside of shed near the roof. It seems to be a really poor design. Instructions were followed completely. This morning I checked again after we had some rain last night. The floor is full of water again. Very disappointed with the design of this shed.
