Arrived two days ago. I paid to have it dropped directly onto my concrete pad. Got electrical hooked up yesterday, filled it up last night, got in it this morning. The good stuff: It looks good, should be very reliable given how simple it is, and was a great price. The not-so-good stuff: They sent me the wrong color, the ozonator was broken upon arrival, the drain connection is tucked back under the tub and has no shutoff valve, the jets control is just one button but still manages to be confusing. But, at the end of the day, I just want some hot water, with jets, and not have it die every six months. So, I'm mostly a happy customer. Update: Just a heads-up, exactly where the cover lift arm attaches, there's a vertical strap in the way (see my photo). Overall, it’s been an absolutely perfect experience, and my only regret is being unable to give it six stars. Update Almost 2 12 years in, we still love this tub! The product is beautiful, but the description reads .75" x .75." My assumption thus that the baluster is square, though it is round. Not my preference. Ella’s Capri Walk-In Tubs' main feature is the U-shaped outward Swing Door made with an industrial-grade durable plastic composite material with a decorative tempered glass front screen. A 3-latch door system creates a more secure door seal, providing you with a safe, leak-free bathing experience. The Capri comes with our unique Ella Dual Drain Technology (DDT) consisting of two 2” gravity-driven drains with four 2” outlets, 2 overflows, and 2 openers, allowing a fast, reliable drain. The Hydro Massage System includes a hydro pump with an in-line water heater, an eco-friendly ozone sterilization system, intensity dial control, and strategically positioned hydro jets. The Ella Capri has 15 strategically placed hydro jets: 9 upper fixed jets provide relief to your back, and hips/thighs, and 6 lower adjustable jets for your feet/calves. The Air Jet Massage System includes an air pump with a 3-speed variable push control, strategically positioned air jets, and an auto-purge maintenance system. The Capri has 16 air jets: 8 upper jets for your back, hips/thighs, and 8-floor jets for a foot/leg massage. The 5-piece fast-fill faucet has five (5) pieces: two temperature levers, a diverter lever, a mounted faucet, and a pull-out multi-functional hand shower.
