Arrived two days ago. I paid to have it dropped directly onto my concrete pad. Got electrical hooked up yesterday, filled it up last night, got in it this morning. The good stuff: It looks good, should be very reliable given how simple it is, and was a great price. The not-so-good stuff: They sent me the wrong color, the ozonator was broken upon arrival, the drain connection is tucked back under the tub and has no shutoff valve, the jets control is just one button but still manages to be confusing. But, at the end of the day, I just want some hot water, with jets, and not have it die every six months. So, I'm mostly a happy customer. Update: Just a heads-up, exactly where the cover lift arm attaches, there's a vertical strap in the way (see my photo). Edit - We are 7 months into living in our renovated house and the bathtub is in our master and we use it daily. We opted for an L shaped shower curtain and it has worked well for us. We did have the contractors put foam under the bathtub for extra support even though the manufacturer instructions did not say to mud or anything underneath. It can feel a little flexible so I am glad we did the extra support. It's not terrible to step out of but I did put a chair in the bathroom for my mom when she used our shower so that she had support getting out of the slightly taller tub. This is a good solid shower base. It was generally square and straight although the front edge was a bit bowed out. It doesn’t come with a drain so keep that in mind.
