Absolutely beautiful, black, solid wood table! It is not engineered wood or cheap MDF. Very easy to assemble. Just add the four legs. One of the two support pieces that go on the underside of the table came unattached during shipping but it was easy to rescrew it back into place. The rounded corners are a nice touch and make it feel a little softer and more high-end than a standard rectangular table. Assembly was easier than I expected. The instructions were straightforward, and everything went together without any major issues. It took a little time because of the size, but overall the process was simple. Once assembled, the table feels solid and provides plenty of room for family dinners or entertaining. For the price, I think it offers excellent value and has a much more expensive look than I anticipated.
