I recently purchased this 62 in fan for a great room. I live in Southwest Hot Florida. This fan has 6 speeds and 3 lighting options. It's perfect. It adds depth, tone, and richness to my room. Actually, a centerpiece to the room, and I need no higher than 3rd speed to cool the whole space down. When it's off, it looks like floating wood and is handcrafted. Overall this is a nice looking fan. It is pretty easy to assemble and looks nice. The reason it got 4 stars instead of 5 are twofold. First, there is a flaw in the gold metal at the top of the fan housing. It is hard to see from the ground but it was pretty obvious when assembling. This fan is nice looking and minimalist. Very small housing with a simple design. It is easy to put together and hang. The reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is that I don't love the paint on the blades. This is a very simple but sleek fan. Fairly easy to install but I was only replacing the one that was there prior so all of the connections available. It also helps to have a second det of hands but not mandatory. The remote works great and the light puts off just enough brightness for my family room.
