Have not installed them yet but do like the design of these lights. They trim around the light is crisp white. There is a small gasket that will help make sure the light is sealed so no air gap. The light is thin and the springs on the side seem heavy duty. The junction box itself is metal not plastic like some others. They state they are insulation safe which is for a remodeling. These lights are great. I was able to install them myself and I am not an electrician (although a very capable DIYer). The box sits perfectly inside the ceiling and the switch to adjust the light temperature is on the side facing the hole so you don't have to keep pulling it out to adjust. The lights are wafer thin and the clips are easy enough to manage. Cut a hole in the ceiling with the included 1:1 hole template. Connect the wires safely in the included junction box using the ul certified ul wire connectors.
