About five minutes into putting this mattress protector on the bed my toddler split food on it. Thankfully, it wiped off easily with no damage to the mattress below. This is a really nice waterproof mattress pad! It is not plasticky feeling and it doesnt sound like swishy when you sit on it or move around on the bed. My nightlight has a yellow tint so it looks a little different in the color than it is actually it is white and then the bamboo and words are in a green pretty color which you won’t see anyways when you put your sheets on top and in fact you don’t even have to put sheets on.
