The lights look high-end. Flat to the ceiling for a modern vibe. They are perfect for vaulted ceilings, and the kelvins are good. I originally purchased this bulb to use in my overhead living room light to provide warm lighting. I did not notice it was only 1 bulb instead of 4. I ended up using the single bulb for a glass accent light that I use on a side table. I love the warm light that the bulb provides, without harsh shadowing.
