My husband installed the floor. I love it but he says it's delicate and "breaks" easily. The delivery company literally dropped the flooring off, on the short side of the boxes. The vinyl tiles were perfect for our hardwood floor. The sticker is super strong, the vinyl are easy to cut with utility knife - just make sure you layer two coats of latex primer for vinyl peelstick flooring on the floor and wait 4-5 hours to dry before putting these on.
